Once you purchase the membership, you'll gain access to our membership dashboard. Select the template type, then tap on the image of the template you want—it will open in Canva. From there, you can download the designs immediately or customize them first using Canva, a free online design program.

Canva makes it easy to customize the templates. Change colors, fonts, images, and design elements however you like! You can even make copies of the templates so that you can customize your materials for specific properties and clients! When you’re happy with your customizations (or the template as-is, since you might not need to make any customizations on many of the templates), you can download your template in any available format, and distribute it digitally or print as needed.

Yes! All our templates are made using fonts, elements, and images available in the free version of Canva. You don’t have to upgrade to a Pro account to edit our templates. However, if you do have a Pro account, you’ll have a wider range of images, fonts, and elements available for potential customizations.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you face any link issues or have any questions, we are always here to help you!

Yes! You are allowed to share the templates with your team and your broker without having to purchase separate licenses. With one purchase, your whole team can access this bundle! The only thing you can’t do is resell the templates for a profit or distribute them via a membership subscription.
